Lee Wilkinson Contract Managed this 25-metre, 5 lane swimming pool complex complete with full changing facilities. It is built to the current standards of British Swimming and equal to any other swimming pools of this specification in the country. It is regularly used for hosting national swimming competitions.

The high-water table and unstable sub-soil conditions required extensive groundwork with the construction of a sheet piled tank and a lattice of 23metre deep reinforced concrete piles.

Despite the difficulties of sourcing skilled labour and materials during the ‘construction boom’ of this period, Lee ensured that once again the standard of both the internal and external finishes were of the highest standard. The contract was completed on time and budget.

This Prep School is now attended by HRH Prince George, HRH Princess Charlotte and HRH Prince Louis.
