Phase 2 involved the construction of a 60+ linear meter internal Jumbo stud wall at a height of around 6-7mtrs tall which cuts through the production and despatch areas. To enhance functionality, the new wall is equipped with a combination of roller shutter, speed doors, and FD120 pedestrian steel doors. Notably, this wall is adjacent to the newly completed tearoom from Phase 1.
Again, these works were executed in a live environment whilst the factory continued its operations making tea products and distributing them around the sites working areas where they underwent rigorous quality checking, packaging and dispatch.
Twining’s have been the Royal Family’s tea brand of choice for almost 190 years with their first Royal Warrant received in 1837. They have had the honour of supplying tea to every successive British Monarch since with His Majesty King Charles III continuing the tradition when he acceded the throne in 2022.

We have completed a total of 5 projects for Twining’s including:
- Small new build 12m2 laboratory with metal stud, plasterboard, specially made sinks, air conditioning, temporary walls to hold back dust from the main tea blending area and a cloakroom.
- Drain survey of whole complex including inspecting storm drains, foul drains and replacing manhole covers and frames.
- A lighting and suspended ceilings replacement.
