A most imposing two storey building finished to an impeccably high standard, including a 300 seat auditorium, green room, dance studio, 2 classrooms, 10 music practice rooms, kitchen and storage space.
This was a most challenging build to manage, located in the centre of a large 600 pupil Prep school, requiring careful management and co-ordination of the many sub-contractors and site vehicle movements.
Lee was the driving force behind the success of this build, ensuring that it was delivered on time and on budget without compromising the quality of the final finish and most importantly accident free.
