Lee Wilkinson Contract Managed this fantastic £3.5m new build scheme in Hampshire which was delivered on time, on budget and to the client’s requirements. This scheme comprised the construction of 2nr. office blocks and 1nr. hybrid industrial unit with associated landscaping and parking spaces.
The buildings fit in with the surrounding area and neighbouring properties and include traditional brick facades, black timber cladding and tiled hipped roofs. This modern development boasts large, glazed entrances and stairwells.
